1. Quotation: Quotations are valid for 7 days after date of quotation. Stenographic and clerical errors are subject to correction.
 
2. Quantities: Buyer will accept overruns or underruns not to exceed 10% of quantity ordered except that on orders of under 10 pieces the overrun may be up to 2 pieces unless stated otherwise. Where closer control of quantity is required special arrangements must be made at the time of order. If exact quantities are requested an extra charge not to exceed 10% will be made for quantity control.
 
3. Deliveries: Every effort will be made to ship orders by the date promised. We do not accept responsibility for any damages growing out of or owing to any delay in manufacturing or delivery.
 
 
4. Packaging: Crating, wrapping or special packaging to avoid scratches, pits, marks, or for waterproofing/rust prevention may involve additional charges where special handling and treatment is requested.
 
5. Burrs: All parts will be deburred by sanding one side unless otherwise specified. Sharp corners will be broken only if specified on the prints.
 
6. Engineered Charges: The engineering charge is a one time non-recurring charge that covers the cost of engineering and CNC tapes. No further charge will be made except for part design changes made by the buyer.
 
7. Tooling Charge: The tooling charge is a one time-non-recurring charge that covers the cost of purchase or adapting and fabricating special tools, dies and fixtures. These are adaptable only to our machines and will not be released from our plant. We assume the responsibility of replacing worn out or damaged tools, dies and fixtures.
 
8. Quality: All manufacturing processes are in compliance with ‘ISO 9001 2000’ standards.
 
9. Tolerances: Dimensional tolerances shown on the print will be maintained unless otherwise specified by us. Tolerances will be dimensioned from the punch side. If no tolerances are shown we will maintain 0-24” +/- .005, 24”-48” +/- .015, 48”-120” +/- .030 +/- .003 on hole sizes. Distortions due to bending are to be allowed and not included in tolerances. Tapped holes to be gauged prior to plating. Flatness will be held .004 per inch for the first two inches; .003 per inch thereafter unless otherwise stated.
 
10. Claims: Buyer must submit all claims for quality, quantity discrepancies or finish quality within 30 days. Credit will not be issued until parts are returned. Buyer must call for Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) prior to shipment.
 
11. Materials: Analysis reports and certification of compliance on material will be furnished if requested by customer at the time of order.
 
12. Terms: Orders are accepted at Hilliard Precision Products in Franklin, Mass. Open account to those having satisfactory credit rating or those who furnish satisfactory references; to all others, terms to be agreed upon at time of order. Placement of order either verbal or written shall signify acceptance of Hilliard Precision Products standard terms. F.O.B. Factory, Franklin, Mass. Terms net 30 days – no discount allowed. Interest may be charged at 18% APR on all accounts over 30 days.
 
13. Delivery: Delivery of materials will be single deliveries of quantities shown unless specified otherwise. Delays, slow-downs in delivery schedules requested by buyer will result in the materials being invoiced as scheduled and held at Hilliard Precision Products for future delivery unless J.I.T. delivery is quoted.
 
14. Cancellation Charges: Custom fabricated material orders may not be cancelled. Charges will be made for costs including engineering, overhead, raw material, work in process, tools, dies, fixtures, storage, transportation and interest.
